CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time—and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: • 48-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a $100 cancellation fee. • No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a $150 no-show fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. • Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total. • Grace Period Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
